A.L.I.C.E. is the heart-driven innovation of Delisa Payne, a single mother of two brilliant autistic children, a tech programmer, and the fearless CEO of D.T.E.A.M. Inc.
Her mission: to protect lives like her children’s—and to give families and first responders the tools to respond with understanding, not fear.
🚨 A National Crisis. A Silent Emergency.
More than 1 in 36 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with autism.
And yet, many don’t survive interactions with law enforcement.

A 2020 study revealed that autistic individuals are 7 times more likely to encounter police than the neurotypical population.

These interactions too often end in tragedy due to lack of training, misinterpretation of behavior, and no accessible profile at the scene.

Countless lives have been lost—including young children—when autistic meltdowns or sensory overloads were mistaken for threats.
These are not isolated events. They are the devastating result of a system unprepared to recognize and respond to neurodiversity.
